“She will flourish like a palm tree…”
— Psalm 92:12
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
Psalm 139:14
We have hired/employed the exploited for 34 years. Tamar is a faith-rooted, survivor-led nonprofit committed to walking alongside women after exploitation—not just in rescue, but in full restoration. Inspired by the biblical Tamar, we serve those who’ve been trafficked, abused, or abandoned through long-term reintegration programs focused on employment, identity, and spiritual renewal. Where others raise awareness, we quietly rebuild—one woman, one life, one story at a time.

Our Pillars
Employment Partnerships
We partner with safe houses and care programs to provide survivors with meaningful jobs while in care and beyond. Each role builds confidence, skills, and stability—turning work into a pathway to independence.
Faith-Based Mentorship
Our trained, faith-rooted mentors walk alongside women through healing, identity restoration, and spiritual growth. This long-term support helps survivors rebuild trust, set goals, and step into their calling.

Empower
Through Color
Color 2 Go is Tamar’s social enterprise—a purpose-driven hair color brand where beauty meets restoration. We began with one question:
What if a box of hair color could spark a second chance?
Every purchase from our Color for a Cause line directly supports Tamar’s work, funding survivor-led programs in employment, mentorship, and advocacy.
When you color your hair, you’re also coloring someone’s future with hope.
Partner With Us: Building Pathways to Restoration
Every gift helps provide safe spaces, mentorship, skills training, and faith-centered community for women rebuilding their lives after exploitation.
This isn’t charity — it’s an investment in dignity, independence, and lasting change. Together, we can open doors to opportunity and write new chapters of hope.
